I love chipotle, but this is the worst location. We went there at 9:30, waited in line 20 minutes, finally got to the front where we find out they had run out of steak, fajitas, guacamole. Then in line it took another 10 minutes to order because the workers are in lala land. Get a drink to go, of course the soda is flat. The carpet next to the soda machine smells absolutely horrendous- honestly made me lose my appetite. Only half a bottle of Tabasco was out. And the parking at this location is God AWFUL. This location needs to get it together, by far the worst location and I've been to chipotles all over south florida. Too bad this one is the closest to home. It sucks.

This Chipotle was worst experience I had. I went to order my food and the people that was preparing my food was not listing , they was doing there own thing. On top of that they was rushing through the whole thing, even when I ask them for extra they passed it along like they didn't hear me. And was ready they was slow on all the products. After eating at this Chipotle I got sick and I never got sick at any other Chipotle other then the one in Wellington,Fl. I wouldn't recommend going here that much especially on dinner hour , they rich through everything without paying attention that much to the customer.

Nothing needs to be said about the food. Thou the staff at this location isn't the most efficient, I have to give this place a solid 4 star rating. Expect a long line during lunchtime and parking nightmares!

Out of all the chipotle out there my mother and I always come to this one at least twice a week. The only thing I don't like about this location is that it gets pack really fast. Trying to find parking here is horrible ! Some people even park on the grass. It's just crazy ! Beside that's the staff is really friendly and they don't mind to give you a little bit of extra rice or chicken.

Been coming to this location for 5+ years now. Eternally the worst parking. Lunch rush is ridiculous, which is why I never go inside to sit anymore. It's a great casual atmosphere so it's a shame that most people can't stay to enjoy it. Food is reliably delicious, 4.5 stars; customer service maybe 4 stars; parking always a disastrous 1 star.

Parking here is not ideal, but I could get over that. What I can't get over is mushy white rice or undercooked brown rice. To top it off, my chips were stale. Who knows how long they were sitting out. I love chipotle but this location needs to do better.

The order online thing doesn't help when you can't find a spot. After waiting for 20 minutes each time there and watching people almost fist fight for a spot I left. I use to go here often but it's not worth the headache. They should move to the shopping center up the road where all the stores left to go to the outlets.

Miserable customer service. I've eaten here like 3 times a week for lunch for the past 2 months and the staff always seems miserable. The one girl who often cashiers has the worst attitude ever. Today they were clearly either running low on certain things, and was totally skimped as they're scraping at the bottom of the container for beans. After getting a bit less than half a normal serving I asked if I "could possibly have more... That's pretty light." To which I was told "that's normal" as she pushed it down to next person. My favorite though was getting to that one nasty cashier: Word for word interaction: Me: hey how ya doin today Cashier: Silence Me: I'm also picking up an order under the name (name). Cashier: (silence. Some other girl grabs the premade order and drops it in front of me.) Me: that one should already be paid for Cashier: 7.64 Me: (gives cash, gets change) well, have a great day Cashier: silence After going to grab some forks and realizing they are all out I walk back up to the cashier Me: hey just wanted to let you know you guys don't have any forks left up there Cashier: ok.. Me: (I stand there for two minutes as she doesn't do or say anything to anyone, I finally get annoyed and say...) excuse me.. Cashier: yea? (In an annoyed and bothered tone). Me: you're still all out of forks Cashier: (turns to some girl around her and talk for two seconds) we are out Me: like, in the whole store? Cashier: (ignores me once again) I'm not angry that they don't have forks that's not her fault and stuff happens but she was literally such a miserable human being. I actually came back and dropped off my food for my friend and started telling her how rude the staff was and she literally says "wait OMG was it that one nasty cashier lady.." And then proceeded to explain her perfectly. I love the food here but they have such rude ignorant staff that I can assure you're I will never be giving them my business again. Today was the last straw.

I go to this Chipotle location a lot since it's near my mother's house. And the service is always fast and friendly. They never mess up my order. And I must say they're amazing burrito wrappers. Since I tend to have a massive burrito it's always a wonder how they can wrap it without the tortilla ripping. Anyways the the store itself is pretty clean.~ Even though they don't have a takeout window/line. If you just walk up to the register, you can get your order. Order through the app a handful of times~

Usually I really like chipotle, but this one made me sick. Something tasted like fish in my burrito bowl, the pinto beans were rock hard, corn was stale and so were the chips. Super unfortunate because we live close by, but I had a stomach ache for hours after eating this food! Not to mention the awful parking. I use to get good food and good service, but not anymore. Maybe chipotle is losing it's quality

Overall good experience. Super busy and super full parking lot. Line moved pretty fast. Manager could have been less snappy with the employees to make for a less tense atmosphere but hey... It's all good because my steak burrito was off the chain!!

Have to admit I'm very disappointed the last several times I've been there. They always seem to be out of a key ingredient, their service is horrendously slow, keeping a long line or short line take forever to get your food. Also, their workers don't seem to have a worry in the world about processing the people in line in a timely manner. Just overall disappointed in how their management is and how effective their employees are. Does Corporate even come and visit their stores anymore?

I'll give it 3 stars for the phenomenal staff performance, other than that, this location is not one i like to go to. The staff is great and quick, the food is fresh and always warm, but this location is pointless because of the PARKING. Which is really sad cause there should have been more consideration when picking a place to put chipotle in, especially in a city where there isn't many chipotles. Please fix the parking!

This place is a madhouse! Tuesday night, and the line goes out the door. No takeout window outside for pickup - I ordered dinner online and paid online, so I was stuck in a 30 minute line, and I wasn't happy. They need to find some operational efficiencies.

High quality, low price food in a clean space. I know a lot of people have a hard time doling out 5 stars for fast food, but I can't help it. I love Chipotle. The Chipotle Tabasco sauce is a wonderland of flavor, adding delightful spice to each new bite.

They were awesome when they first opened but have seriously gone downhill. The cilantro lime basmati rice they used to serve is no longer. The past few times I gave been, they have regular white rice. Sometimes you could taste the lime in it and sometimes you can't. Sometimes there salt on the chips and sometimes there isn't. Sometimes they fill the bowl and sometimes they don't.My previous visit to this last time I ordered guacamole, it was brown and extremely salty . The way they packed my bag, the juice in the burrito bowl seeped through the bag and ended up all over the floor of my car. when you order ahead, if you aren't there is the exact time you said that you would pick up you get yelled at. if you're early, you get yelled at. now I understand why the staff has a bad attitude and is rude, because the managers are rude. Wilna is The WORST! So Rude. You cannot expect your employees to have a good attitude when you don't have a good attitude.... sometimes it's really really good and sometimes it's really really bad. There's no consistency..... The Pork had no flavor, The rice was dry, The past few times I've gone, the mild salsa was complete mush. I went on a Saturday at 3 pm and stood in line for 40 minutes. I don't appreciate standing in line for 40 min, then being ostracized by the so called manager (Wilna) about what I can have in my bowl and what I cant. I ordered a pork bowl with rice, pork, black beans,corn, mild and medium salsa and was charged 13 something. No lettuce, guacamole, cheese etc on my burrito. Tasted like ingredients had been sitting around for a while. I noticed the "Manager", Wilna treating other customers in the same manner. THIS is the 3rd time ive been in there in the recent month and been treated poorly by her. I live in the neighborhood and will NOT return. 3 times of bad service, no parking, long wait AND BAD FOOD... IM DONE!!

I've been a FAN for years. Thanks for raising the bar on fast healthy food. I usually try different combos to keep the taste interesting. Portion size of the guacamole is getting smaller - the 1 star Iphone APP recommended.

My husband only eats Chipolte for lunch when he is at work, they have an App that has his info and payment methond so he only has to click and show up and pick up his lunch super convinient. so you would think. If I show up early they reprimanded me for showing up early,(yes you read right REPRIMANDED me). When I show up on time they are well we are not machines we can only go so fast etc. Not I'm sorry running a little late or we are in the weeds your order will be right up SOMETHING! They get a huge attitude so today I see our order that we get every day and it's like 10 feet from me. I ask the cashier should I just grab it ,I hear yes so I grab it and she makes this huge scene about me grabbing my bagged food with my name on it. so today was my last visit.

For the money, Chipotle is hard to beat. Fresh food, nice portions, great flavors, and always clean. When I first went there it immediately became an addiction. As far as fast food goes, Chipotle is perhaps my favorite. Highly recommended. I'd give it 5 stars, but I find it hard to dole out ratings like that for a fast food place, being the foody that I am.

An excellent burrito joint. A small menu of burritos, tacos, and such, but everything is generously portioned and tasty. Big burritos filled with your choice of meat, one of four good salsas, and the usual assortment of toppings. Nothing fancy or amazing here, except the price, portion size, and taste. This location seems decently kept and friendly.

I was so excited to find a Chipotle in PBG as I've visited other Chipotle restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the experience. Ive eaten at the PBG Chipotle twice, and both times were unfortunate. In a word, it's the staff. They are pitiful. My last visit, and I do mean "last" as I won't be going again, they were out of lettuce, so the guy just looks at me with a dead-eyed stare and instead of going to the back and getting more shredded lettuce, he simply grabs a handful of garnish leaves and slaps it on my bowl. I order unsweetened tea. They charge me, give me the cup. I go to get my drink and there's only sweet tea. I ask for unsweetened and they blankly stare at me and say "it's broken." On top of the unfortunate service, the restaurant is a mess! The floors are dirty, the counters are dirty. It's just generally dirty. This is not at all the experience I've had at other Chipotle establishments. Someone needs to come in and actually manage this restaurant as the Chipotle chain is a great concept, but this place left me irritated and inclined not to return and definitely not to suggest to friends. I love Chipotle. I just wish I had a decent one here in PBG...

I am so happy they finally opened a location in West Palm Beach! I used to have to drive to Boca Raton. Then they opened one in Boynton but west of 95. Just recently they opened up this location where Okeechobee meets Palm Beach Lakes. (Right by the BMW car sales). Outdoor/Indoor seating. Clean. Friendly staff. Only negative is their chips are never really hot : ( ...I love it for a quick bite.

YUMM...i'm not sure why this place doesn't have the greatest reviews because they have fresh/yummy/healthy/authentic food. (by authentic i mean its the closest to Mexican I've found in S.Florida) If you're from anywhere in California and eat here, you probably won't think so, but that just because you're all spoiled with the BEST Mexican food on every corner! Anyways, Chipotle is a place to grab a quick bite for lunch and if you order the right thing , it can also be healthy. I normally order the Grilled Chicken Salad and cover it in all kinds of salsa,veggies, corn, and guacamole...(if I go with an appetite then sometimes I'll add a little scoop of Black Beans and Cilantro Rice to the bottom of the salad) Anyways, they have lots of different meats to choose from, (pulled pork, steak, chicken etc) they're all marinated in Adobo seasoning and grilled to perfection... The salsa, and guac, are all made fresh which is a big PLUS... Before they opened the WPB location, we would drive all the way to Boca just to eat hereee... Anywho, if you want to get some tasty mexican food, then come here! PS- they also offer a variety of Domestic and Imported beers to enjoy with your food :)

for fast food i have to say they have the best burritos i have ever tasted!! i love their white rice its almost like the sticky Asian white rice! i tried the tacos today for the very 1st time and i really should of stuck with the burrito! the tacos didnt taste bad at all it was just missing the rice. i also wish they had a bigger selection
